Restaurant Review: Mala Hot Pot

Recently, my family and I visited a new opening restaurant in Taipei City called Mala Hot Pot which is situated in an old apartment, on the 2nd floor.
From my first glance, this restaurant's adornments and appearances seemed attractive while the atmosphere was pleasing and suitable for an immense feast. The style of this eatery was all-you-can-eat; however, the price was costly at 725 NT dollars for each person. There were various types of beef including high-quality beef ribs, A9+ wagyu, Angus Beef....etc. On the other hand, there were several alternatives for seafood including the angel red shrimps, scallops, and so forth. All these ingredients were getting my money's worth. In fact, there were Häagen-Dazs ice cream and soft drinks without limitation.

As the waiters set up the hot pot, I started to drop the meat into the pot when it was boiled to 100 degrees. The fragrant from the beef seduced me to pick up one slice and put it in my mouth to savor the inner taste and the juice it burst out. Wow! the meat was soft and tender after rinsing in the pot. The texture of the M9+ wagyu was magnificent.

Regarding the seafood, the shrimps are quite fresh and the meat is chewy, especially the angel shrimp. The scallops are juicy and mouthwatering. They taste really awesome under stewing in the pot. Not to mention the oysters. After cooking in the pot, you can't feel any offensive smell from it.

However, the most crucial thing is that the ordered food won't be postponed, unlike other low-quality restaurants. Soon as you finish ordering, all the ingredients are presented within 5 or more minutes. Unlike other restaurants, they claim that they possess upscale edibles for the consumers, but evidently, they are going to defer them to make profits.
In short, I strongly recommend gourmands to visit this eatery because of its location and the quality of food materials.

Last but not least, if you are interested in eating here, you can find more information on their official Facebook fan-page. Just go check it out!
By the way, below you can figure out the directions to the restaurant by looking at this Google map. Thanks so much for reading my article and hope you can also visit Mala Hot Pot one day.
